Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 2 August 2026
Every guide on GulfNursePrep is free, and paid plans are not live yet — there is no checkout on the site and we do not currently take payments, so there is nothing to refund today. This policy sets out how cancellations and refunds will work once premium plans launch as a digital subscription.
1. Cancel anytime
You will be able to cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard ("Manage billing"). Cancellation stops all future renewals. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
2. Refunds
Because access to the question bank and mock exams is delivered immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law.
As a goodwill gesture, if you contact us within 7 days of your first payment and have made only minimal use of premium features, we will consider a full refund of that first payment at our discretion.
3. Renewals
Renewal charges are not automatically refundable. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date — you can see that date on your dashboard.
4. What this policy does not cover
A GulfNursePrep subscription buys study material and nothing else. Fees you pay to a licensing authority, to DataFlow, to Prometric, to an attestation service or to a recruitment agency are separate, are not collected by us, and cannot be refunded by us — including if an application, verification or exam attempt is unsuccessful. Those providers set their own refund terms.
5. Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error or more than once, contact us and we will investigate and correct genuine errors promptly.
6. How to request
Submit a request through our feedback form using the email on your account and the date of payment. We aim to respond within a few business days.
